This 12,000-square-foot elegant and unique office space won the AIA Philadelphia’s 2022 Merit Award for Interior Architecture in the Built Category. CosciaMoos Architecture provides architectural design and planning across various project types. With clients in both the US and internationally, they have developed extensive experience while building a diverse portfolio.

Liberty was awarded a contract to complete work on the mezzanine and second floors of the historic 123 South Broad Street building in Center City, Philadelphia. The work included new power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for the architecture office space fit-out.
