Assistant Project Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers by coordinating with different departments.
Perform administrative tasks including:
Assisting with the project permit process.
Procuring materials and items necessary for project goals.
Submitting RFIs (Request for Information) and Submittals.
Assist with project close-out.
Ensure project turnover exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience in project support and coordination.
Familiarity with project permit processes and material procurement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to assist with project close-out and ensure client satisfaction.
